How should I send my materials (photos, music & videos) to you?
Ship your materials to:
TLea Productions, LLC.
Image KeepSakes
PO Box 68
Atco, NJ 08004

All of your materials should be placed in a protective package. If you feel it necessary, feel free to have the package insured. We are not held responsible for any damaged materials that are mailed to us. If you do not have cardboard placed between your photos for extra protection, please be sure to clearly state "DO NOT BEND" on the package. This will help ensure a safe delivery. Along with original photos and uploaded photos, we also accept photos on CD too. Be sure to give us the original quality of the photos and not ones that you have resized. If you live locally in our area, we also can arrange a pick-up/drop-off. Call us for details.

What kind of photos should I supply for my slideshow or photo album?
All photos supplied to us should be free of copyright. We cannot use photos with copyright (©) written on the front or back of the photo without the photographer's written consent. You will need to sign a release form when ordering, claiming that the photos are not under copyright and belong to you. If you have the photographer's permission to use copyrighted photos, we'll need their written consent before beginning the project. When selecting photos, try to find ones that group well together to the theme you are trying to portray. Also remember that any soft or out-of-focus photos will still be blurry in your finished product.

I have gathered my materials for my product, how do you know which order I will like them to appear?
Place a number on the back of each photo with a pencil or use a sticky note and attach to the back of each photo. If you have video segments, write down where you would like to include the video segment within your slideshow. If you have uploaded your pictures to our site, a caption box below your uploaded picture will allow you to assign a number for sequencing purposes.

For photo albums, group your pictures by number and page. For example: if you have 20 pages in your album, we'll need a group of 20 sequenced layout directions for your photos. The templates will help you in noting the order sequence of your pictures. If you do not have a particular order for your photos, or for only a few, just mention which ones you want grouped. We'll then randomly lay out the other photos within your piece.

For calendars, please note which photo is the cover and what month each photo represents by numbering the photo on the back.

What kind of music should I select for my slideshow?
The music is what helps carry the mood of your piece. Try to find something that enhances the theme of your slideshow. For instance, if your slideshow is for a celebration, pick something that is upbeat and lively. We can offer assistance to you in your music selection.

How long should my music selection be?
Remember, photos at an average are shown for about 5-7 seconds. An average song usually lasts about 2-3 minutes. For example, if you have 50 photos set at 7 seconds per image, your slidshow will run about 6 minutes in length. If you choose two 2 minute songs for your 6 minute show, that only gives you 4 minutes of music. Keep in mind we can loop songs. However, for a cleaner sound, it is nice to be able to fade in and out of each selection. If you have a song that is much longer than the show, you will need to be specific on starting and ending points. Some longer songs tend to not get to the chorus or good bit until the middle.

How will you know what music to put to each photo?
If you have a particular order for your music, the best approach is to group your photos in a way that indicates which song goes with what photo group. For example, number your photos, group them in different envelops with chosen song name attached (or group with a sticky note on the back). There may be cases that we will have to adjust the number of photos, depending on the length of the song. If you do not specify the order of your music, we will use our own judgment.

What is the typical length of a slideshow?
Slideshow length varies according to the different package you choose. The length is dependent on the amount of photos and video segments that are included within the piece. Remember, photos at an average are shown for about 5-7 seconds. For example, if you have 50 photos set at 7 seconds per image, your slideshow will be about 6 minutes in length.

Can I include video in my slideshow and how long?
Yes, we encourage you to add video segments! Video adds flavor and creativity to your show! Remember, you want to keep your presentation as an eye catcher to your audience. We suggest a minimum of two minutes for each video segment. Keep in mind that the more video you add to your slideshow the longer it will be! You don't want it to be too long and lose the attention of your audience.

I want my photos to have some "jazz" to them. What can you do?
We have many different effects to help enhance your photos. We can turn color photos into black and white for a nostalgic look; make a photo look like a painting; or add clip art or text bubbles for some fun! Ask us and we'll help you decide on the right look. Visit our Gallery page to see specific examples of custom touch ups. Some of our packages even include these fun details.
