Gather your materials (photos, music, and if so, video segments). |

Note: Be sure to number the order of your photos. Detailed directions will be given to you, once your order has been placed. We cannot use photos with copyright (©)written on the front or back of the photo without the photographer's written consent. |

Complete and submit the order form or call to place your order. |
|
| |
A work agreement will be developed and passed along to you for signature. We will also give you a set of general guidelines in helping you organizing your materials to submit to us. |

To begin your order we will need the following: |

- Signature on the work agreement form.
|
|
| |
- 25% down payment/security deposit. We accept money orders and checks. All checks must be written out to TLea Productions, LLC.

Note: If you will be uploading your pictures to our website, we will give you a customer logon ID and password. |

Once layout of your product is complete, you will receive a previewed version of your slideshow, along with an approval form to sign off on before production. For photo albums and calendars, you will be sent a digital proof (PDF file) for final approval. |

Once we receive final sign off on the approval form, we will begin final production (burn to DVD or send off for print production). |
|
| |
Final payment is due prior to shipping out the product. |
|

Product will be shipped and all original materials submitted will be returned to you. |
