Work will not begin until we receive a 25% deposit of the processed order. Once your order is complete, signed off on, produced and ready for delivery, we will need final payment. We accept money orders, and checks. We also accept PayPal.
PayPal is a secure payment method and allows you to use major credit cards if you so chose. |

If your check is dishonored, we will collect the amount due by another payment method and your account will be billed a processing fee of $25.00 or the legal limit allowed by your state plus any applicable sales tax. Failure to make good on a returned check will result in the customer being placed in collections. Future orders will be placed on credit restriction until balance is satisfied in full and will only be shipped out by money order or Paypal. |

We cannot accept any photos with copyright (©) written on the front or back of the photo without the photographer's written consent. You will need to sign a release form when ordering, claiming that the photos are not under copyright and belong to you. This form details that TLea's Image Keepsakes a division of TLea Productions, LLC, is not held responsible for any costs or liability charges that may incur if the photo is indeed under copyright. We also have the right to put your project on hold if the photos do appear at a professional quality. Further copyright verification may be necessary and your project will begin again after the verification process has been completed. If the photos do not belong to you, we have a form that you can use to get permission from the photographer. We'll need written consent before beginning the project. |

If you purchase your slideshow as a .wmv file, we do not upload the file for you. We will supply you with the file on CD, so that you may view your show on your personal computer. Please note that this file may not be feasible for all shows, as some may be too large for this. When files are compressed like this, quality will be reduced and result in a longer downloading time. We are not held responsible for misrepresentation if you upload this to a public site. For best quality order a DVD. |

All packages can be customized to meet your needs. Custom jobs are quoted and invoiced. All custom work will be quoted first. A work order contract must be signed and a 25% down payment must be received before any work will begin. |

We want our customers to be happy and 100% satisfied. With that in mind, all customers will receive a previewed version of their slideshow along with an approval form to sign off on before production. For photo albums and calendars, we will send a digital proof (PDF file) for final approval. Customers must sign off (email approval is also accepted) on the approval form. The files will then be sent off for print production. TLea's Image Keepsakes will not be held responsible for any other changes or errors once the customer has signed off on the project. |

If the client is not satisfied with final product, TLea's Image Keepsakes will evaluate the final product and determine if reproduction is necessary. There will be no credit refunds for any circumstances. We may choose to reproduce an order or give you a credit toward future purchases. |

Production time varies according to package. See the pricing charts for estimated delivery times. There are two important factors necessary for a speedy job completion. 1) We need all necessary images with the order form to begin the job. 2) Once you have approved a digital proof or sample slideshow, final production can begin. Printing turn around also varies from 5-7 days. Please allow an additional 5 days for your product to be sent out by ground shipment to you. We also offer expedited shipment services at an additional cost.
Note: We must receive final payment before final product is delivered to you. |

We are not held liable for damage or loss to any of the materials that you send. Please be sure to protect your materials during shipment and if necessary purchase insurance. |
